This E-Book was
designed as a learning tool, complete with self-tests and
hypothetical problem solving excercises. The E-Book is divided
into two sessions. Session I is an overview of drug-related
grounds of deportability, inadmissibility, and relief in
Immigration Court. Session II outlines proper construction
of an immigration-safe plea in a drug trafficking case.
Ann Benson and Kathy Brady, respected authors in the field,
teamed up with Norton Tooby to create this unique resource.
After a two day teleseminar on the subject, the authors
have responded to feedback from course participants and
worked out all the kinks. We hope you enjoy the product,
