In
this teleseminar you will learn:
(1) The immigration
consequences of various firearms offenses, as well as a discussion
of what constitutes a firearms offense for immigration purposes.
(2) The non-aggravated
felony drug-related grounds for deportation and inadmissibility,
and how to avoid falling within any of these grounds.
(3) How to determine
whether a conviction falls within the domestic violence ground
of deportability, and how to tailor a criminal disposition that
will avoid a domestic violence finding in immigration court.
(4) Forms of relief
in immigration court that are effective to eliminate immigration
consequences of a conviction involving firearms, drugs, or domestic
violence.
